First Edition printing 1920 Hardcover book, The American Army in France (1917-1919) Pictures by J.F. Bouchor.  Bouchor was the official Painter to the French Armies.  LeRoy Phillips Publisher Boston.  Forty Color Plates are tipped in.  All pages and color plates are present.  Binding is tight.   Some edge browning to pages.  Front and back cover outsides paper printed sides show losses and stains to the paper.  Measures 14 3/8" tall x 11 1/2" across x 1 1/4" thick.  A number of the color plates have the left side bottom corner dog eared I can only assume that while turning pages it got hung up being tipped in and folded as of such.  As you can see the photos which I did of the color plates are vibrant and in great condition otherwise, book well cared for just the outside wear.  Clan no odors from a smoke free home.  Estate find.  Please view all of my photos as they are also part of my description.  Questions or other photos please let me know.  Weighs 4 lb 8.9 oz.
