For sale is 1 homemade 3D silicone wine/shot glass mold. made to order.
Each mold would come with 2 cuts for an easy release, no release agent is needed.
cavity size: about 4 1/4'' tall, 1.7'' wide on top, 1.55'' wide at the bottom, the finished candle weighs about 3.5 ozs, soap weighs over 4 ozs.
Great for wedding candles, party candles, decorative candles, beer soap...
instruction: 1. Before pouring, insert in a wooden skewer as your wick pin, secure the skewer with a hair pin on top; 2. line the cuts well especially inside and tighten it with rubber bands; 3. pour in the wax; 4. twist the skewer once a while before the wax gets cool to make it loose; 5. when it's ready to demold, take off the rubber band, gently open the mold and take out your candle, pull out the skewers, insert in your waxed candle wick.
This is a handmade product, I won't be able to guarantee that every mold would look exactly the same. But each one is made with great care, we try our best to give it a great look. and newly made mold does has a slight silicone smell since we don't use chemical to get rid of it like the factories do, but it would go away after a while and it doesn't affect it's function at all.
To extend the lifetime of this mold, I recommend :
1.to pour your wax/soap at the right temperature.
2. not to use it under extreme condition (baking or freezing long ), a few minutes wouldn't hurt )
3. not to use extreme pressure/ strength on it, you may tear/break the mold.
4. not to use for food, not suggest to use with container soy wax which may stick to silicone.
The last, but not the least, use it the right way, and enjoy the easy way of making your homemade candles/soaps.
