Antique Nouveau floral baroque pearls Gold Tourmaline & Enamel Hat Stick Pin

rare antique gold hat stick pin measuring about 4.5" long. i took the description out of an old HAT PIN book with a picture of this one on page 549 and is figure number 10. .
Circa 1900. i'm not sure if the jewel is an amethyst or a tourmaline.  it's simply beautiful. the book at the time it was printed many years ago has a value of 0.00 to 0.00
I don't know what karat gold it is but the top section  is solid gold. I believe the stick pin part is gold plated.
