RULES for INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS

Seller reserves a right to cancel a transaction and refund the payment of a non US registered buyers, if in sellers opinion delivery service or customs clearing process in a country of destination may cause unreasonable delays or result in shipment loss.
Exception is outlined in paragraph

Buyer payments are collected by eBay and not the seller and therefore seller is unable to issue a commercial invoice.

If a non US registered buyer has a US shipping address registered with eBay, then the seller is
only responsible
for delivery to the eBay specified shipping address. Any delay, loss or damage for trans-shipped items is not a responsibility of the seller.

Non US buyers may chose to supply their own prepaid shipping labels (Fedex/DHL/UPS) along with a copy of a
commercial invoice
. Seller will refund shipping costs paid to eBay after the item reaches it's final delivery point.
