    You are buying a used heavy duty dual wheel that is for a 10.00x15 or 10.00R15 tire.  Its size is 7.5"x15", 6 hole budd (standard size holes) on a 8 3/4" bolt circle. It was used on military and civilian trailers, and forklifts.  It has surface rust ,warehouse crud on it, some cosmetic damage, holes may be wallowed, lock ring may be sprung.  Sold "as is".  Shipping is 85 pounds by UPS at buyer's expense.
