This was part of EMCs marketing campaign... you had to make an appointment with EMC to get the remote control that allows this model to go scale speeds up to 150 mph.
There is NO REMOTE CONTROL INCLUDED...I guess the owner didn't make the appointment!!!  There is an empty pocket in the Styrofoam to house the remote if you got it.
