This maps is the map east Falaise gap on the road to Paris and the German Retreat just before the Seine River.
Nogent le rotrou
: On august 12 1944 2 officers of us Forces spoke with the french FFI forces, then on august 14  Nogent le Rotrou was liberated by the Gen Sylvester 7 Armored division. The end of the normandy battle is august 22 with the falaise pocket. The 7 US DB landed on Omaha beach, then then go to le Mans,  Chartres, and then to Paris area.
The map is genuine, This item is really WW2 item 100% original .
