US Navy USMC USN Pilot Boyt Shoulder Holster Smith Wesson Victory Revolver Colt

Description

Excellent condition with little use but has minor storage wear, leather is supple.  Original WWII leather shoulder holster for a Smith and Wesson Victory or Colt Commando revolver. It has the post WWII narrow shoulder strap but that and the markings are the only difference from the WWII model. Both snaps function but the bottom one was repaired with the original parts and invisible when closed.  Nice sharp US mark on the front. The back is stamped BOYT and MRT NOV. 1962, which is not the date of manufacture but means it was Mildew Resistance Treated Nov. 1962. See photos for details,
