Vtg 1943 WWII Military Tan Canvas Leggings/Gaiters/Spats Brass Hooks Lace Up

Vtg Military Tan Canvas Leggings/Gaiters/Spats 1943 WWII Brass Hooks Lace Up.  Approx 11 in tall w/o boot strap.  6 hooks that appear to be brass showing some greenish, white, black color and whitish crumbly feel to some.   Both have string but one is not laced up as see in photos.  No holes noted but stains and dirt.  One has a label but is worn and no lettering can be seen.   The other has stamped:  4 Gregory & Read Co NXSX 24662 3/12/43.  Stitching and seams in good condition.  There is a musty odor associated with these.  Please see photos.  selling as is.
