    Description

    World War One United States Army wound stripe chevron.  Made in flat ribbon bullion.  2 3/4 inches across by 1 3/4 inches tall in size.  Was sewn previously to a uniform, and you can still see the attachment threads.  Gold bullion wire has patina'd darker, and applied onto the wool base with a yellow thread.
