WWII M1 Garand Barrel APRIL 1944 4/44 SA Springfield ME3/TE3. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Marked 3-S-A-4-44. Pictures will be the best descriptor of this item so let me know if you’d like more. Not import marked. Any major imperfection or rust should be pictured for you. Standard length, not counterbored, may have been refinished in the past. Both sets of threads are in good serviceable shape. My Brownells Gauge shows a TE of 3 and a ME of 3, yours may be different depending on the gauge. Rifling is strong, sharp, pronounced and the lands are generally smooth and uninterrupted. I don’t see any heavy pitting or rust issues in the bore, and the bore is generally shiny when looked through with a light. There may be some scratching or occasional imperfection in the bore, usual wear for it’s age but I do not see anything major.
